Welcome to Manis & Mochas. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or booking with us.

These Terms are intended as a general website and appointment policy and may be updated as required.

Appointments & Bookings

Appointments may be made through our website, booking platform, phone, social media, or in person.

We recommend arriving on time for your appointment to ensure the best experience and to allow sufficient service time.

Appointment availability is subject to change.

A credit card must be kept on file to book an appointment. This card will not be charged when saved on file, but will only be charged according to our cancellation policy if needed.

Deposits & Payments

Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking.

Deposits may be applied toward the final service total unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required at the completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide notice where possible.

We kindly ask that all appointment changes be made at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 6 hours’ notice will be cahrged 50% of the scheduled service amount.

  • Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.

  • Future appointments may require a deposit or prepayment after a late cancellation or no-show.

  • Multiple no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking privileges.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in:

  • Reduced treatment time

  • Modification of services

  • Appointment rescheduling

  • Appointment cancellation where timing does not allow completion of the service

Full charges may still apply where applicable.

If running late, please call or text the salon as soon as possible.

Children & Guest

To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure safety:

  • Only guests receiving services should be present in the service area.

  • Children must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended in the salon.

  • Salon equipment, tools, and chemicals can be hazardous to children.

Service Results

Service outcomes may vary between individuals.

While we aim to deliver a high-quality experience, results may differ depending on factors including:

  • Natural nail condition

  • Previous treatments

  • Aftercare

  • Lifestyle factors

  • Individual preferences

We cannot guarantee identical results to reference images.

Nail Services & Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following any aftercare guidance provided.

Improper aftercare, external damage, accidental breakage, or modifications performed by another salon may affect service longevity.

If you experience concerns following your appointment, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.

Health & Safety

For the safety of our clients and staff:

  • Clients experiencing contagious illnesses should reschedule their appointment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a health or safety risk.

  • Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns that may affect their service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior towards staff or other guests.

Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty and service-based treatments, refunds may not be available once services have been completed.

Where appropriate, adjustments, touch-ups, credits, or alternative resolutions may be offered at management discretion.

Retail product returns are subject to applicable consumer laws and hygiene requirements.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards, offers, and promotional campaigns:

  • May have expiry periods where permitted by law

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law

  • May be subject to individual campaign conditions

Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website unlawfully

  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality

  • Copy or distribute website content without permission

  • Misrepresent information when making bookings or enquiries

Intellectual Property

All website content including branding, logos, imagery, graphics, text, and creative materials remain the property of Manis & Mochas unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be reproduced without written permission.

Personal Belongings

Manis & Mochas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Manis & Mochas is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our website, services, products, or booking systems.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
